Music has positive effects that include; relaxation, learning, meditation, developing creativity, promoting sleep, and acting as an agent of pain relief. Clearly, there is power in music. Even though studies have been done to observe its benefits to the human race, it is still immeasurable as it affects people differently.
The power of music rests in the fact that it is understood intuitively hence it is a common language for the entire human race. There is no reason, logic or any other kind of intellect required for one to listen to music. Even animals do respond to music. It is so powerful such that even crying babies come down when they are made to listen to soft music.
